Testimonials

Every year, SMG conducts a management assessment program with each of our clients. The process, which includes a formal assessment survey, analysis of responses, and mutual discussion, is in place to ensure that our clients' expectations are being met or exceeded, and to proactively identify upcoming changes in their needs. We are proud to share unedited comments from recent client assessment surveys:

[SMG financial management] has made my job as treasurer very manageable.

— Jim Bailey - from WSTDA Assessment survey

SMG has become like the dial tone for us. The things that are supposed to happen just do, and that frees us up to focus on our part. It's a great relationship.

— Andy Rowan - from NSGIC Assessment survey

SMG has been the driving force behind the unprecedented growth and increases in member satisfaction that the American Sports Builders Association has seen since our partnership. Our Board of Directors have had the freedom to concentrate on serving our membership and the industry with Stringfellow Management Group's guidance and services handling all matters as they relate to running the Association. The staff at SMG has gone out of their way to educate themselves on the workings of our industry and have become an integral part of our relationships with partner associations.
